We provide middle-market capital solutions, ranging from $5M to $75M+, with origination, underwriting, and asset management completed in-house. All investments are held on balance sheet and not reliant on securitization.
Direct Lending
As a direct lender with institutional capital, Formida provides fixed- and floating-rate loans on transitional/value-added business plans secured by all asset classes, including multifamily, retail, industrial, hospitality, office, self-storage, MHC, for sale condo, and land across all U.S. markets. We specialize in higher leverage stretch senior financing (up to 85%+ LTV), selective mezzanine loans, preferred equity, and participating debt.

Community and regional banks are the lifeblood of America’s economic growth. However, they are under increasing pressure caused by decreasing real estate collateral values and high interest rates. Formida can help. We work discreetly as a true partner to offer a range of services, whether we co-lend to provide the capital a borrower needs, white label loans, help de-risk the balance sheet, or provide loan workout services.
